Tech support

Talk to a technician

Machine acting up? Call, text, or let us connect to your computer by remote desktop. Many problems can be found and fixed remotely before we ever roll a truck.

If your machine needs hands-on work, we'll tell you whether an in-house technician or an in-network service contractor is assigned.

Quick checks

Simple things to look at first. If a check doesn't solve it, call us before going further.

Safety first: lower attachments to the ground, shut the engine off and follow lockout procedures before inspecting. Hydraulic oil under pressure can cause serious injury.
Engine won't start
  • Check the battery disconnect switch and battery connections.
  • Make sure the safety lever or seat switch is in the start position.
  • Check fuel level and look for water in the fuel separator.
Hydraulics slow or weak
  • Check hydraulic oil level with the machine in the service position.
  • Look for leaking hoses or fittings.
  • Note the hydraulic temperature reading. Overheating often points to a cooler or filter problem.
Engine overheating
  • Check coolant level only when the engine is cool.
  • Clean debris from the radiator and coolers.
  • Check the fan belt for wear and tension.
Fault code on the display

Write down or photograph the full code and any lights shown, then text it to us. Codes tell us a lot before we ever see the machine.
