This policy explains what information Amelong Heavy Equipment ("we," "us") collects through this website and when you work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- What you send us through our forms: your name, company, phone number, email, job site or ZIP code, machine make, model, hours and serial number, the parts you request, and anything you write in a message.
- What you share during tech support: details about your machine and the problem, photos or videos you text us, and what we see on your screen during a remote desktop session you allow.
- Your parts quote list: parts you add to your quote list are saved in your own web browser so the list is still there when you come back. That list stays on your device until you send a request.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our web host and the services that load parts of this site, such as fonts and embedded YouTube videos, may receive your IP address and browser type when you visit.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. We use it only to improve the site, not for advertising. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
How we use it
- To respond to your requests and contact you about them
- To prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, train your team, and provide tech support

- In-network service contractors: if a job is assigned to one of our in-network contractors, we share the details they need to do it, such as your contact information, job site and machine details. We'll tell you when a contractor is assigned.
- Service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as our web host, the service that delivers form submissions to our email, Google Analytics, and payment processors.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, keep service records for your equipment, and meet tax and legal requirements.
Your choices

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
