Long Beach roots, dealer-level experience
Amelong Heavy Equipment was founded by William Amelong, a Long Beach native and formally trained diesel technician. William began working on trucks and heavy equipment in 2016 and built his experience at equipment dealers and rental companies. Those years taught him the machines inside and out, and showed him what customers need most when a machine goes down.
In 2022, William went independent. Since then, the company has taken on work across trucks, construction and industrial equipment, marine applications and power generation. It runs fully mobile: instead of a shop, experienced technicians bring the right tools straight to the machine, from job sites around Long Beach to fly-in jobs much farther away.
Its technicians have trained with John Deere, Caterpillar, Case, Sennebogen, HAMM, Navistar International and Skyjack, and the company is an authorized service provider for Sennebogen. Many problems are solved without a site visit through phone, text and remote desktop support, and hands-on training classes help other technicians and fleet crews keep their own equipment running.
Today, Amelong Heavy Equipment is growing to serve customers better, with wider service coverage and a broader range of parts.
