A typical preventive maintenance schedule. We set yours by make, model and operating conditions.
| Interval | What we do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 250 hr | Engine oil and filter, grease all points, fluid sampling, walk-around inspection | Catches wear early through oil analysis |
| 500 hr | Fuel filters, air filter check, hydraulic return filter, belt and hose inspection | Keeps contamination out of the hydraulic system |
| 1,000 hr | Swing drive and final drive oil, cooling system service, undercarriage measurement | Protects the most expensive drivetrain parts |
| 2,000 hr | Hydraulic oil change, valve adjustment, full system pressure test and report | Restores performance and documents machine condition for resale |
